我在上周末的时候在英国TOPSHOP的购物网站上下了一单,今天收到对方发来的一封邮件,内容是这样的:Unfortunately the rest of the pieces you ordered are unavailable at this time, which of course you have not been charged for.

You can track your order 24 hours after placing it, simply visit http://www.hermes-europe.co.uk and enter your tracking number when prompted.

If you selected a nominated day delivery, visit http://www.yodel.co.uk and enter your tracking number when prompted.

If your tracking number begins with 1550, please click here to track your parcel.

If your tracking number begins with an E, please click here to track your parcel.

If your tracking number begins with RML unfortunately we are unable to track your parcel, please check our website for delivery times.

We'll be charging GBP to the method of payment you gave us at the time of your order. This will happen within 24 hours and it will appear on your statement as Topshop.

If you think your order might be delayed, please ensure you've allowed 10 working days before querying it with our Customer Service team.

Please note that when you receive your order, it will be accompanied by a despatch note. You should refer to this email for your order details in any future correspondence.

可是我不知道那些东西是没有发货的,这有一部分已经发货了,那剩余没有发货的东西TOPSHOP会等到有货的时候发送吗?如果遇见这样的问题该怎么处理啊?
另外:RML开头的快递怎么查物流啊?第一次在TOPSHOP上买东西,请高手帮助我一下啊~~~~十分感谢
