电话的男客服说让仓库查了没有收到,让我联系美亚,美亚一看是转运地址就说无法退款或补发。你们打算怎么处理?

    I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive your package, even though tracking says it's been delivered.

    I understand your concern about the order. I'll do my best to assist you in this situation.

    I would love to issue replacement for this package but since this item was sent to a freight forwarder, I'm not able to replace or refund the item. I recommend contacting your freight forwarder for more details. We don't have any more information about this.

    In this case, please send a screenshot of the tracking page from the freight forwarder's website, showing that their company hasn’t received your package, to [url=]freight-forward-lost@amazon.com[/url] and specify if you’d like a refund or a replacement.
